Ramazan Moon Not Sighted, Fasting To Begin In J&K From Sunday : Grand Mufti

Srinagar:Jammu and Kashmir Grand Mufti, Nasir-ul-Islam Friday said that the crescent moon has not been sighted, thus, the first day of Ramazan will be on Sunday (March 02).

The Grand Mufti said that no witnesses or evidences were received from anywhere about the sighting of Ramadan moon today. “Therefore, the first day of fasting will be on Sunday,” he said, as per news agency KNO.(KNO)
