JCB Operator Dies After Vehicle Overturns in Budgam



SRINAGAR: A JCB operator from Qazigund lost his life after his vehicle overturned in the Banderpora area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Monday.

Officials said that a JCB vehicle overturned in Budgam, leaving the driver critically injured.

He was immediately taken to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased was identified as Shahnawaz Ahmad Shan, son of Bashir Ahmad Shan, a resident of Nipora, Qazigund, they said.


Authorities have taken cognisance of the incident, and further investigations are underway. (JKNS)
