Encounter Starts in Upper Reaches of Harwan Srinagar

Srinagar July 28: Encounter started in upper reaches of Mulnaar Harwan central Kashmir’s Srinagar on Monday.

A top police officer told news agency JKNS that, contact has been established in Mulnar Forest area of Harwan.
