Woman Injured in Dog Bite Incident in Budgam, Hospitalised

Srinagar, Apr 13: A woman was injured in a dog bite incident in Hariwani area in Khan Sahib Budgam, an official said.

The official told news agency Kashmir Bulletin that a woman identified as Naza Begum, wife of Mohammad Altaf Khan, a resident of Hariwani, Khan Sahib Budgam was injured in the incident.

“The woman, who suffered injuries in her face and arm, was soon after evacuated to a nearby hospital, from where she was referred to SMHS for advanced treatment,” the official said.

“In the incident, two children also had minor injuries, and were discharged after necessary treatment,” the official added. (KB)
