Mehraj Malik’s PSA Hearing Deferred Again, Next Date Dec 27

Srinagar, Dec 18: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday heard the Public Safety Act case of MLA Mehraj Malik from Doda and adjourned the matter for further arguments on December 27.

Court sources told Kashmir News Trust that the court heard submissions from one side, while the remaining arguments will be taken up on the next date. The case has already seen several adjournments over recent months.

Supporters of Malik said they were hopeful that the upcoming hearing would bring the case closer to a conclusion. [KNT]
