The congregation witnessed a massive turnout as devotees from different parts of Srinagar and adjoining areas gathered to participate in the last Friday prayers of the holy month of Ramadan.

Authorities had put in place elaborate security arrangements in and around the area to ensure the smooth conduct of prayers. Security personnel were deployed at multiple points, while movement was regulated to manage the large gathering.
