Woman Killed in Srinagar Road Accident

Srinagar, Feb 24: A woman was killed in a road accident in the Tengan Bypass area on the outskirts of Srinagar this evening.

Reports said that a woman, identified as Afiya Umar, a resident of Lasjan, was hit and critically injured by a vehicle near Tengan Bypass.

Following the incident, she was rushed to Ujala Cygnus Hospital for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Meanwhile, the police have taken cognizance of the incident.(Agencies)
