Man Stabbed in Khansahib, Budgam; Hospitalized

Budgam, Mar 07 : A 50-year-old man was stabbed by an unidentified person in the Khansahib area of Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday evening.

A police official told news agency JKNS, that a 50-year-old man was stabbed by an unidentified person in the Khansahib area of Budgam.

The victim was identified as Abdul Gani Shah, son of Ghulam Ahmad, a resident of Khansahib.

He was initially taken to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Khansahib for treatment. However, due to the severity of his injuries, he was later referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar for advanced medical care.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigations started. (JKNS)
