Government Monitoring Fuel and Supply Chains
Modi noted that India relies heavily on crude oil and gas imports from countries in West Asia, and the government is closely monitoring the situation to ensure that the impact does not fall on ordinary citizens, farmers, or businesses.

He said coordinated efforts are underway to maintain stable fuel supplies, prevent price shocks, and ensure uninterrupted availability of essential commodities across the country.
