Now Encounter Breaks Out in Chatroo Kishtwar

Srinagar, Apr 09:An encounter has broken out between security forces and militants in Chatroo area in Kishtwar, official sources said.

The sources told news agency Kashmir Bulletin that the encounter broke out after security forces established contact with militants upon receipt of specific inputs.

An intense exchange of gunfire is going on, when this report is being filed.

Notably, a separate encounter is underway at Jopher village in Udhampur.
