Picnic Bus Turns Turtle In Handwara, Casualties Feared

Srinagar, April 12: A picinic bus carrying students met with an accident near Vodpora area of North Kashmir’s Handwara on Saturday.

Officials told GNS that a bus carrying students for picnic lost its control and turned turtle near Vodpora.

In this incident many students were said to be injured and unconfirmed report suggest there may be 2-3 casualties. However official confirmation is awaited.

Meanwhile, a team of police and locals have reached the spot and rescue operation is underway. (GNS)
