Mughal Road open for LMVs; Jammu-Srinagar NH, SSG, Sinthan road still closed: Officials

Srinagar, April 21: The Mughal Road has been opened for Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) from Srinagar towards Jammu via Poonch on Monday.

An official told news agency JKNS that LMVs will be allowed from Herpora between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM only. No vehicle shall be permitted before or after the designated time slot.

Meanwhile, commuters have been strictly advised to avoid travelling on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44), Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumri (SSG) road, and Sinthan Top road till the roads are cleared and deemed traffic-worthy.(Agencies)
