Some Exhange Of Fire In Giddar Kulgam, Searches Intensified

Srinagar, April 26: Some exchange of fire took place between militants and security forces in Giddar area of Kulgam district on Saturday.

A top police officer GNS that there was some intial exchange of fire between militants and joint team of police and army during searches in Giddar area.

The searches have been intensified and all exit routes near suspected spot have been sealed, the officer added.

Notebably, security forces have intensified anti-militancy operations throughout valley after Pahalgam attack.(GNS)
