J&K Assembly Observes Two-Minute Silence to Honor Victims of Pahalgam  Attack

Srinagar, Apr 28:The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday observed a two-minute silence in memory of the victims of the recent Pahalgam  attack.

During assembly session speaker strongly condemned the attack, stating that it had “shaken the entire nation” and expressed solidarity with the families of the victims.

He appealed to the Government of India to ensure the safety and protection of Kashmiri traders, students, and citizens residing or traveling across the country in the wake of the deadly attack.

Expressing solidarity with victims, speaker also extended solidarity with martyered Adil Hussain who lost his live while saving tourists.

Speaker also urged the members of the House to unite in their efforts to protect the people and tourists and to maintain peace across Jammu and Kashmir.

All members of the House stood in silence for two minutes to honor the victims of the Pahalgam  attack.
