Huge Blasts heard near Srinagar Airport

Srinagar:Blasts were heard near Srinagar airport in the Jammu and Kashmir capital on Friday late evening,according to locals.

Officials have deployed countermeasures to neutralise the suspected drone attack on the Srinagar airport, news agency PTI reported.

Similar blasts from drone attacks were reported in several areas of Jammu this evening. Pakistani drones were sighted in Samba, Pathankot, Amritsar, Jaisalmer, Barmer and other areas tonight and Indian military is engaging them.

The drones were sighted a day after India thwarted attempts by Pakistan military to attack Indian military installations using drones and missiles.Drones have been sighted in Jammu, Samba and Pathankot.
