ED attaches immovable properties worth over Rs 15 cr in PDA case

Srinagar, Jun 28 (KNO): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday said to have attached several immovable properties worth over Rs 15 crore.

According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the attachment of properties was done in a case of Patni Top Development Authority (PDA) under the PMLA, 2003.

“ED, Jammu has provisionally attached several immovable properties worth Rs. 15.78 Crore (approx.) on 27.06.2025 in the case of Patni Top Development Authority (PDA) under the PMLA, 2002. The provisionally attached properties comprises land, building and Income generated from running of Hotel Pine Heritage, Hotel Dream Land and Hotel Shahi Santoor, all located in Patnitop,” a post by ED on X reads—(KNO)
