CM Omar, his adviser to skip Paris Tourism Tour

Srinagar, Sept 17: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and his advisor Nasir Aslam Sogami will not participate in the tourism fair scheduled to be held in Paris later this month, sources said here on Wednesday.

Sources told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a couple of officers from Jammu and Kashmir will represent the Union Territory in the fair.

The International French Travel Market (IFTM) Top Resa Tourism Fair to promote the sector is scheduled to be held from September 23 to 25.

The officers, they said, will showcase the region’s tourism potential to attract more foreign tourists.

Earlier, reports suggested that Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will lead a 3- member delegation to Paris to attend the fair—(KNO)
