VDG Member Shot Himself To Death In Kishtwar

Jammu, September 20: A Village Defense Guard member shot himself dead in the Akra Nagbatan area of Bhatkoot in Kishtwar district on Saturday morning.

Officials told GNS that a member of the Village Defense Guard shot himself with his rifle at his home this morning, resulting in his death on the spot.

He has been identified as Tek Chand (45) son of Prem Nath resident of Akra Nagbatana.

Soon, a police team rushed to the spot and took the cognizance of the incident.(GNS)
