Srinagar, March 14: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday chaired a meeting of senior party leaders in Srinagar to review the functioning of the organisation and discuss the prevailing political situation, party sources said.
The meeting was attended by senior leaders of the party who deliberated on various organisational matters and strategies related to strengthening the party at different levels.
Party leaders reviewed the current political developments and discussed issues concerning Jammu and Kashmir.
Sources said the meeting focused on assessing the party’s activities across different districts and exploring ways to further strengthen its grassroots structure.
Mehbooba Mufti emphasised the importance of maintaining close engagement with the public and addressing their concerns through political and organisational efforts.
Participants also discussed outreach programmes and organisational initiatives aimed at expanding the party’s presence in different areas.
