Iran War Escalates: Over 3,500 U.S. Troops Arrive in the Middle East

The United States has increased its military presence in the Middle East as tensions in the ongoing war with Iran continue to intensify. According to latest reports, more than 3,500 American troops have arrived in the region, many of them Marines.

The U.S. Navy’s amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli has also been deployed to the area. The vessel is carrying around 2,500 Marines along with fighter jets, helicopters, and advanced military equipment, providing the U.S. military with rapid-response capability for both sea and ground operations.

U.S. Central Command stated that thousands of targets have already been struck as part of ongoing military operations against Iran. In recent days, several American troops were also injured in Iranian missile and drone attacks, highlighting the growing risks in the conflict.

Meanwhile, Yemen’s Houthi rebels have entered the war, claiming responsibility for missile strikes toward Israel. Their involvement has raised fears that the conflict could spread further across the Middle East.

Experts warn that continued Houthi attacks and rising tensions around the Strait of Hormuz could have serious consequences for global trade, oil supplies, and maritime security.
