Encounter Breaks Out in Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Nov 5 : An encounter broke out early Wednesday morning between security forces and militants in the Kalaban forest area of Naidgam, under Chatroo Sub-Division in Kishtwar district, officials said.

White Knight Corps in a post on X as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC reads, Contact with militants, Op Chhatru, In an intelligence based operation, in concert with @jk_police, in early morning hours today.

Post further reaxs that, alert troops of #WhiteKnightCorps have established contact with militants in general area of Chhatru. Fire exchanged with militants. Operation is in progress. (KNC)
