Six CRPF Personnel Injured in Road Accident in J&K’s Ganderbal

Srinagar, July 3: Six personnel of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were injured after the vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident near the Sonamarg Tunnel in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday.

According to officials, the CRPF vehicle skidded off the road on the Srinagar–Leh National Highway near the Sonamarg Tunnel, resulting in injuries to six personnel.

The injured personnel were administered first aid at the scene before being shifted to a nearby CRPF camp at Gund for further medical treatment.

Officials said the condition of the injured personnel is stable, and further details are awaited.
