Baramulla, June 30: The District Unit of the Jammu & Kashmir Employees social and Welfare Association (JKESWA), Baramulla, today accorded a warm and cordial welcome to the newly appointed Chief Education Officer (CEO), Baramulla, during a meeting held at the Chief Education Office.
On the occasion, JKESWA District President, Ms. Asiya Iqbal, extended heartfelt greetings to the Chief Education Officer and expressed confidence in his leadership and administrative capabilities. She described the officer as “a man of exceptional calibre, possessing outstanding administrative competence, integrity, and remarkable human values that make him eminently suited to shoulder the responsibilities of this prestigious office.”
Speaking during the interaction, Ms. Asiya Iqbal stated that she was particularly delighted to witness, after a considerable period, an officer who demonstrated immense respect, dignity, and genuine regard for women employees. She remarked that such an empathetic and inclusive approach towards women in the workplace reflects progressive leadership and strengthens the confidence of employees across the education sector.
The JKESWA delegation appreciated the Chief Education Officer for patiently listening to the concerns, grievances, and suggestions presented by the employees, especially those affecting women working in the Education Department across District Baramulla. The delegation noted that the CEO attentively heard every issue with sincerity and assured the association of his full cooperation and unwavering support in addressing genuine concerns. He reiterated his commitment to ensuring transparency, fairness, and justice for all employees, with special emphasis on creating a supportive and empowering environment for lady employees serving in the department.
The association expressed optimism that under the dynamic leadership of the new Chief Education Officer, the Education Department in Baramulla would witness greater efficiency, improved administrative functioning, enhanced employee welfare, and meaningful educational reforms aimed at strengthening the overall academic ecosystem of the district.
Reaffirming the association’s commitment, Ms. Asiya Iqbal assured the Chief Education Officer that JKESWA, along with women employees and the entire fraternity of Education Department staff, would extend their wholehearted support in every initiative intended to improve the quality of education and institutional functioning in the district. She emphasized that the association would leave no stone unturned in contributing towards the empowerment of employees, promotion of a healthy work culture, and the upliftment of educational standards and educational affairs throughout Baramulla.
