Srinagar, April 21: on Tuesday questioned the current status and relevance of the (PAGD), asking its key leaders to clarify whether the alliance still exists.
Speaking to reporters, Bukhari sought answers from , , and regarding the apparent inactivity of the alliance. He questioned whether PAGD was formed and later dissolved under external influence, adding that the public deserves transparency.
The PAGD was formed ahead of the abrogation of , bringing together several regional parties in Jammu and Kashmir on a common platform.
Bukhari also targeted the , alleging that it fails to support people in distress. He cited a recent case involving action by the against a property linked to the Deputy Chief Minister’s family.
Referring to remarks by Omar Abdullah claiming he was “powerless” in certain matters, Bukhari rejected the assertion, saying administrative decisions suggest otherwise.
He further accused both the National Conference and the of ignoring key public issues such as FIRs against youth and the restoration of statehood, alleging they are engaged in political “drama.”
Bukhari concluded by stating that his party stands for truth, adding that “truth and lies cannot unite.”
